Prizes
Participants in the Closed Beta who complete a feedback survey will be eligible to win 5,000 CSP + 1 Free Ticket of MyFM Genting Event. Regarding of MyFM Genting Event, Please refer to HERE!
This event will only be open those who participants in the Close Beta, a valid Close Beta ID will be required for entry so grab yours soon.

How do I give the feedback?
1. Login your email account.
2. Subject put ¡°CSO Closed Beta Feedback & Suggestion Survey Contest¡±
3. Write down your precious feedback and suggestion.
4. Send it to ¡°cso@cibmall.net¡±
Feedback and Suggestion Submit Method
Submit it to us email cso@cibmall.net
The ¡°Subject Title¡± must be ¡°CSO Feedback and Suggestion Survey Contest ¨C Game account name¡±. For example, if you were entering the contest and your game account name is ¡®Crazyshooter¡¯, your ¡°Subject Title¡± would be ¡°Feedback Survey Contest ¨C Crazyshooter¡±
Write-down you¡¯re Feedback and Suggestions by using the ¡°Email writing or Microsoft words¡±. Ensure that your Name and Contact Number are included.
Each CSO Game Account is only entitled to submit 1 Feedback and 1 Suggestion After the first Feedback and Suggestion, all other for that game account will be ignored.
How do I collect the prizes if I win?
After the Results are announced, the winner will be informed of the prize collection details through email. Winner must reply us through email and provide us with their Name, CSO Game Account, CSO Game Account Email and Contact Number within 7 days of end of the contest.
The CSP Prizes will only be transferred to the account that is used to submit the winning entries when Close Beta.
The MyFM Genting Event Tickets will be required the winner to be collect at CiB Net Station office.
